1. What SwineSync is
SwineSync is a farm-management application for tracking pigs, breeding, farrowing, growth, feed, health, stock, sales and finances. It is free to use. It is not veterinary, nutritional, financial, tax or legal advice.
2. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SwineSync on your own. Users aged 13 to 17 may use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 may not use the service. By using the app you confirm that you can form a binding agreement where you live.
3. Your account and farm team
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the access you give to other people on your farm. A username account does not need an email address; if you lose your password, ask us for help and we will confirm that the request is yours before we reset it.
4. Your data
Your farm records belong to you. You give us only the permission needed to operate the service for you, such as storing and processing the data you choose to upload. Day-to-day records are stored first on your device, and you are responsible for their accuracy and for keeping copies of anything important.
5. Online copy
If you turn on the online copy, the main farm records your team needs are saved to our servers so that you can share them with your team and restore them on another phone. Do not treat the app as your only copy of important data.
6. Free service
SwineSync is provided free of charge, with no paid plans and no limit on animals. We may change, add or remove features over time. If we ever introduce charges, we will tell you in the app first, and we will not delete your records because of it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use SwineSync for unlawful activity, to attempt to compromise security, to access data you are not authorised to see, to interfere with the service or other users, or to resell or copy the service without our permission.
8. Farm decisions
Calculations, reminders and guidance in the app are planning tools. Verify important information, and consult a qualified veterinarian, nutritionist or advisor, before decisions affecting animal health, welfare, finances or production.
9. Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as available" and "as is". We aim for reliable operation but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost livestock or data loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Suspension and ending
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these Terms, or to protect the service and other users. Before doing so we will, where reasonable, tell you why.
12. Our rights
The app, its design, name and logo belong to Zakayo Technologies. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app under these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The version and date shown at the top of this page will change, and for material changes we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zakayo Technologies is established, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. We will try to resolve disputes informally first by contacting zakayotechnologies@gmail.com.

1. SwineSync ni nini

2. Umri na ustahiki
Lazima uwe na umri wa angalau miaka 18 kutumia SwineSync peke yako. Watumiaji wa miaka 13 hadi 17 wanaweza kuitumia tu kwa ruhusa na usimamizi wa mzazi au mlezi wa kisheria. Watoto walio chini ya miaka 13 hawaruhusiwi kutumia huduma hii. Kwa kutumia programu unathibitisha kuwa unaweza kuingia makubaliano yanayokufunga mahali unapoishi.
3. Akaunti yako na timu ya shamba

Akaunti ya jina la mtumiaji haihitaji barua pepe; ukipoteza nenosiri, tuombe msaada na tutahakikisha kuwa ombi ni lako kabla ya kulibadilisha.
4. Data yako
Rekodi za shamba lako ni mali yako. Unatupa ruhusa inayohitajika tu kuendesha huduma kwa ajili yako, kama kuhifadhi na kuchakata data unayochagua kupakia. Rekodi za kila siku huhifadhiwa kwanza kwenye kifaa chako, na unawajibika kwa usahihi wake na kutunza nakala za chochote muhimu.
5. Nakala ya mtandaoni
Ukiwasha nakala ya mtandaoni, rekodi kuu za shamba ambazo timu yako inahitaji huhifadhiwa kwenye seva zetu ili uweze kuzishirikisha na timu yako na kuzirejesha kwenye simu nyingine. Usichukulie programu kuwa nakala yako pekee ya data muhimu.
6. Huduma ya bure
SwineSync inatolewa bila malipo, bila mipango ya kulipia na bila kikomo cha wanyama. Tunaweza kubadilisha, kuongeza au kuondoa huduma baada ya muda. Tukianzisha malipo wakati wowote, tutakuambia kwanza ndani ya programu, na hatutafuta rekodi zako kwa sababu hiyo.
7. Matumizi yanayokubalika
Usitumie SwineSync kwa shughuli zisizo halali, kujaribu kuvunja usalama, kufikia data usiyoruhusiwa kuiona, kuvuruga huduma au watumiaji wengine, wala kuuza au kunakili huduma bila ruhusa yetu.
8. Maamuzi ya shamba
Hesabu, vikumbusho na mwongozo ndani ya programu ni zana za kupanga. Hakikisha taarifa muhimu, na shauriana na daktari wa mifugo, mtaalamu wa lishe au mshauri aliyehitimu, kabla ya maamuzi yanayoathiri afya ya wanyama, ustawi, fedha au uzalishaji.
9. Upatikanaji na dhamana
Huduma inatolewa "kama inavyopatikana" na "kama ilivyo". Tunalenga utendaji wa kuaminika lakini hatuahidi kuwa hautakatizwa au hautakuwa na makosa.
10. Kikomo cha dhima
Kwa kiwango sheria inachoruhusu, hatuwajibiki kwa hasara isiyo ya moja kwa moja au ya kufuata, faida iliyopotea, mifugo iliyopotea au upotevu wa data unaotokana na matumizi ya programu. Hakuna kilichomo hapa kinachopunguza haki ulizo nazo chini ya sheria za lazima za mlaji.
11. Kusimamisha na kumaliza
Unaweza kuacha kutumia huduma na kutuomba tufute akaunti yako wakati wowote. Tunaweza kusimamisha au kumaliza ufikiaji kwa ukiukaji mkubwa au wa kurudia wa Masharti haya, au kulinda huduma na watumiaji wengine. Kabla ya kufanya hivyo tutakuambia sababu, inapofaa.
12. Haki zetu
Programu, muundo wake, jina na nembo ni mali ya Zakayo Technologies. Tunakupa haki binafsi, isiyo ya kipekee na isiyohamishika ya kutumia programu chini ya Masharti haya.
13. Mabadiliko
Tunaweza kusasisha Masharti haya bidhaa inapobadilika. Toleo na tarehe vilivyo juu ya ukurasa huu vitabadilika, na kwa mabadiliko makubwa tutakujulisha ndani ya programu. Kuendelea kutumia programu baada ya mabadiliko kunamaanisha unayakubali.
14. Sheria inayotumika
