1. Who we are
SwineSync is a farm-management application operated by Zakayo Technologies ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: zakayotechnologies@gmail.com.
2. Information we handle
Farm records you enter (pigs, breeding, farrowing, growth, feed, health, stock, sales, costs, farm team members and settings); account details (a username or email address and your sign-in credentials); farm registration details (farm name, country, currency, and each person's role on the farm); device preferences (language, appearance); and basic technical information, described in section 8.
3. Offline-first storage
Day-to-day farm records are stored first on your own device and browser. We do not receive them unless a feature you use uploads them. You are responsible for securing your device.
4. Cloud account
If you create an account or sign in, your username or email address and password are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). We do not store your password in readable form and we cannot see it. If you use a recovery PIN, only a scrambled form of it is stored.
5. What is uploaded to the cloud
While signed in, the app uploads limited farm registration data (such as farm name, country and your role). If you turn on the online copy, the main farm records your team needs are also uploaded so that they can be shared with your team and restored on another phone. Everything else stays on your phone.
6. Biometrics
If you use fingerprint or face unlock, the verification is done by your device. We never receive or store your biometric data.
7. How we use information
To provide and secure the app and your account, to link you to your farm and your farm team, to help you if you cannot sign in, to prevent abuse and fraud, to fix errors and improve the product, to answer your requests, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your farm records for advertising.
8. Problem reports
When the app hits an error it can send us a short technical report: the app build number, the screen you were on, the error message, the type of phone and browser, and a random code that identifies the installation. The report does not include your farm records, and we use it only to find and fix problems.
9. Who processes your information
We use service providers to run the app: cloud database and authentication (Supabase), and website and app hosting. They may process information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the service.
10. International transfers
Our providers may store or process information in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal information we take reasonable steps so that it is protected as described in this policy and as required by applicable law.
11. Retention and deletion
Records kept on your device remain until you delete them or clear the app data. Cloud account and farm data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and the cloud data linked to it. We may keep limited records, such as security logs, for as long as the law requires or is needed to resolve disputes and prevent fraud.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain uses, and to complain to your data-protection authority. To exercise a right, contact zakayotechnologies@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
13. Children
SwineSync is for adults. Users aged 13 to 17 may use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls on cloud data. When we help you with a lost password, we give you a temporary password or PIN that is shown once and never kept in readable form. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and protect your device.
15. This website
This website is a simple information site. It has no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools. It saves only your language choice on your device.
16. Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The version and date shown at the top of this page will change, and for material changes we will notify you in the app.

3. Uhifadhi unaoanzia kwenye simu
Rekodi za kila siku za shamba huhifadhiwa kwanza kwenye kifaa na kivinjari chako mwenyewe. Hatuzipokei isipokuwa huduma unayotumia inazipakia. Unawajibika kulinda kifaa chako.
4. Akaunti ya mtandaoni
Ukifungua akaunti au kuingia, jina lako la mtumiaji au barua pepe na nenosiri hushughulikiwa na mtoa huduma wetu wa uthibitishaji (Supabase Auth). Hatuhifadhi nenosiri lako kwa namna inayosomeka na hatuwezi kuliona. Ukitumia PIN ya kurejesha, ni umbo lake lililofichwa tu linalohifadhiwa.
5. Kinachopakiwa mtandaoni
Ukiwa umeingia, programu hupakia taarifa chache za usajili wa shamba (kama jina la shamba, nchi na wadhifa wako). Ukiwasha nakala ya mtandaoni, rekodi kuu za shamba ambazo timu yako inahitaji pia hupakiwa ili zishirikishwe na timu yako na kurejeshwa kwenye simu nyingine. Kila kitu kingine hubaki kwenye simu yako.
6. Alama za mwili
Ukitumia alama ya kidole au kufungua kwa uso, uthibitishaji hufanywa na kifaa chako. Hatupokei wala hatuhifadhi data yako ya alama za mwili.
7. Jinsi tunavyotumia taarifa
Kutoa na kulinda programu na akaunti yako, kukuunganisha na shamba lako na timu ya shamba, kukusaidia usipoweza kuingia, kuzuia matumizi mabaya na udanganyifu, kurekebisha makosa na kuboresha bidhaa, kujibu maombi yako, na kutimiza wajibu wa kisheria. Hatuuzi taarifa zako binafsi na hatutumii rekodi za shamba lako kwa matangazo.
8. Ripoti za matatizo
Programu inapokutana na hitilafu inaweza kututumia ripoti fupi ya kiufundi: namba ya toleo la programu, skrini uliyokuwa nayo, ujumbe wa hitilafu, aina ya simu na kivinjari, na msimbo wa nasibu unaotambulisha usakinishaji. Ripoti haijumuishi rekodi za shamba lako, na tunaitumia tu kutafuta na kurekebisha matatizo.
9. Wanaoshughulikia taarifa zako
Tunatumia watoa huduma kuendesha programu: hifadhidata ya wingu na uthibitishaji (Supabase), na uwekaji wa tovuti na programu. Wanaweza kushughulikia taarifa tu ili kutupatia huduma yao. Tunaweza pia kutoa taarifa sheria inapohitaji au kulinda haki, usalama na ulinzi wa watumiaji na huduma.
10. Uhamishaji wa kimataifa
Watoa huduma wetu wanaweza kuhifadhi au kushughulikia taarifa kwenye nchi tofauti na yako. Tunapohamisha taarifa binafsi tunachukua hatua za busara ili zilindwe kama ilivyoelezwa kwenye sera hii na kama sheria inavyohitaji.
11. Kuhifadhi na kufuta
Rekodi zilizo kwenye kifaa chako hubaki hadi ukizifuta au kufuta data ya programu. Data ya akaunti ya mtandaoni na ya shamba huhifadhiwa akaunti yako ikiwa hai. Unaweza kutuomba tufute akaunti yako na data ya mtandaoni inayohusiana nayo. Tunaweza kutunza kumbukumbu chache, kama za usalama, kwa muda sheria inaohitaji au unaohitajika kutatua migogoro na kuzuia udanganyifu.
12. Haki zako
Kulingana na unapoishi, unaweza kuwa na haki ya kufikia, kusahihisha, kufuta, kuhamisha au kuzuia matumizi ya taarifa zako binafsi, kupinga matumizi fulani, na kulalamika kwa mamlaka ya ulinzi wa data. 13. Watoto
SwineSync ni kwa watu wazima. Watumiaji wa miaka 13 hadi 17 wanaweza kuitumia tu kwa ruhusa na usimamizi wa mzazi au mlezi. Hatukusanyi kwa kujua taarifa binafsi za watoto walio chini ya miaka 13; ukiamini tumekusanya, wasiliana nasi na tutazifuta.
14. Usalama
Tunatumia hatua za busara za kiufundi na za kitaasisi, ikiwemo udhibiti wa ufikiaji wa data ya wingu. Tunapokusaidia kwa nenosiri lililopotea, tunakupa nenosiri la muda au PIN inayoonyeshwa mara moja tu na haihifadhiwi kwa namna inayosomeka. Hakuna mfumo salama kabisa, kwa hiyo tumia nenosiri imara na linda kifaa chako.
15. Tovuti hii
Tovuti hii ni tovuti rahisi ya taarifa. Haina matangazo wala zana za uchambuzi au ufuatiliaji. Huhifadhi tu uchaguzi wako wa lugha kwenye kifaa chako.
16. Mabadiliko
Tunaweza kusasisha sera hii bidhaa inapobadilika. Toleo na tarehe vilivyo juu ya ukurasa huu vitabadilika, na kwa mabadiliko makubwa tutakujulisha ndani ya programu.
